In 2002 Greg Sutton developed a process of leadership based on the application of vision, commitment, communication and action. Greg has shared his concepts of leadership in various settings including collegiate and corporate, and has taught the concepts to local governmental leaders in the Nation of Uganda. Greg is a Certified Commercial Mediator and holds a BA in General Psychology and a MA in Sports and Performance Psychology. Mr. Sutton also provides Pastoral Counseling to families and individuals through a Perspective Based Counseling approach.
